Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and ROZ TECH LLC for the Wishfilled app. By downloading or using Wishfilled you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use Wishfilled

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Wishfilled only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By using Wishfilled you confirm you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.

2. What Wishfilled is

Wishfilled generates personalised affirmations and guided visualisation stories from the answers you give during onboarding and from prompts you write yourself. It can read them aloud in a narrated voice, over optional ambient sound, and it keeps track of your streaks and favourites.

Wishfilled creates an anonymous account on first launch. There is no email or password. As explained in our Privacy Policy, this means your content is tied to that installation: if you delete the app or change devices, your library cannot be recovered. Please do not rely on Wishfilled as the only place a piece of writing exists.

3. AI-generated content

Your affirmations, stories and narration are produced by third-party artificial intelligence systems, automatically, in response to what you have told the app. Nobody reads them before you do.

• Generated content may be inaccurate, repetitive, oddly worded, or not what you expected, and it may occasionally miss details you gave it.
• You may ask Wishfilled to keep subjects out of your content through the “never include” list, and we make genuine efforts to honour it, but we cannot guarantee that AI output will never contain something you dislike or find upsetting.
• Two people giving similar answers may receive similar content. Nothing generated is guaranteed to be unique.
• If something generated distresses you, delete it and tell us — feedback is how the prompts improve.

4. Not advice, and no promised outcome

No outcome is promised. Wishfilled is built around manifestation and visualisation practice. We make no representation that using it will produce any particular result in your life — financial, romantic, professional, physical or otherwise. Any description of what the practice may do for you is a statement of intent and belief, not a guarantee, and results are not typical or predictable.

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through Apple as an auto-renewing subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The exact price, currency and term for your region are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price then in effect.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, not in Wishfilled. We cannot cancel it for you.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription and does not stop it renewing.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• We may change prices. Changes never affect the period you have already paid for, and Apple will ask for your consent before charging an increased price.

6. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds. Refund requests go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided under Apple's policies. Nothing here limits any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you have under consumer law where you live.

7. Your content, and content about other people

What you write stays yours. You keep ownership of the answers, prompts, reflections and photos you put into Wishfilled.

To run the app, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit and adapt that material — including sending it to the AI and voice providers listed in our Privacy Policy — for the sole purpose of operating Wishfilled and generating your content. This licence exists only so the app can work, ends when you delete the material, and does not let us publish it or use it to market anything. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Content about other people. Wishfilled lets you record the names and details of people in your life, including your children, so they can appear in your stories. You confirm that you are entitled to provide that information and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights. Please do not add anyone's information where that would be unwelcome or unlawful. You can remove any person at any time.

Generated content is yours to keep and use personally. We claim no ownership of the stories and affirmations Wishfilled writes for you. Bear in mind that AI output may not be protectable by copyright in some countries.

8. Your voice recordings

If you create a narration voice from a recording of yourself, you confirm that the voice is your own and that you consent to it being sent to our voice provider to build a synthetic voice for your personal use in the app.

Do not upload anyone else's voice. Creating a synthetic voice of another person without their permission is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful where you live. You may delete your voice at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wishfilled for anything unlawful, or to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates anyone's rights
• Attempt to make the AI produce prohibited content, or to circumvent its safeguards
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source of the app, its prompts or its models, except where the law expressly permits it
• Use automated means to access the service, or resell, redistribute or share paid access with others
• Interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access to any system or account
• Enter another person's information where you have no right to do so

10. Our intellectual property

Wishfilled, its name, logo, design, artwork, ambient audio, stock voices, code and prompts are owned by ROZ TECH LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use. Nothing else is granted.

11. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, and we may have to interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Wishfilled depends on third-party AI and voice providers; if one becomes unavailable or changes its terms, parts of the app may stop working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue a paid feature entirely, we will offer a fair pro-rata remedy through Apple where the law requires it.

12. Ending this agreement

You may stop at any time by deleting the app and, if you subscribe, cancelling through Apple. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we discontinue Wishfilled — with notice where it is reasonable to give it. Sections 4, 7, 10, and 13 to 18 survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishfilled is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated content will be accurate, appropriate or suitable for you.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here affects your non-excludable rights as a consumer.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROZ TECH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from your use of Wishfilled — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to Wishfilled is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer in the UK, EEA or Australia, your statutory rights are unaffected.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROZ TECH LLC from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of Wishfilled, or information about another person that you entered without the right to do so.

16. Apple-specific terms

These terms apply between you and ROZ TECH LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Wishfilled or its content. Specifically:

• Your licence to use Wishfilled is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Wishfilled.
• If Wishfilled fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses or costs are our responsibility, not Apple's.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that Wishfilled infringes intellectual property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
• Support questions go to contact@wishfilled.com, not to Apple.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country and may bring proceedings there.

Please email us first. Almost everything is resolved faster that way than through a court.

18. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. We will post material changes here and update the date at the top; continuing to use Wishfilled after a change means you accept it.
